The primary focus of this position is to generate new Lease and Rental business as well as strengthen and grow our existing customer base.  We are looking for a focused, outgoing, confident individuals with experience in business-to-business solution-based sales, preferably within the transportation industry. 

This position pays $50,000 to $60,000 annually plus commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new Lease and Rental customers.
  • Develop and maintain a sales and prospecting database.
  •  Prospective customers and assigned accounts.
  • Conduct sales and capabilities presentations.
  • Maintain good business relations with existing customers, meet with customs on a regular basis.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customer satisfaction.
  • Interact daily with all Idealease departments.  
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting and new customer relationships.
  • Maintain reports and databases to track the entire sales process, from initial customer meeting until final product or service delivery.
  • Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school and associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior business to business sales experience within a transportation related industry (lease, rental, or sales) preferred. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Well organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases.
  • Ability to work with a team and flexibility with daily tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable insured vehicle.
  • Display a strong work ethic, desire to learn and succeed.
